Keanu Reeves stepped out with his longtime girlfriend, Alexandra Grant, for the Outcome premiere.
The actor, 61, attended the premiere with the 53-year-old visual artist for the world premiere of his new Apple TV film at AMC Lincoln Square in New York City on Monday, April 6. Keanu donned a black suit with a dark gray suit and tie, while Alexandra matched in a gray embellished coat over an all-black ensemble.
The couple was seen posing for photos and holding hands on the red carpet. This comes after Keanu’s recent appearance on the TODAY show to promote Outcome, during which he shut down host Craig Melvin’s question regarding his personal life with a seven-word remark.
As the two were discussing the plot of the black comedy, Craig asked the Matrix star, “It got me thinking, on a personal level and a professional level, is there anything that you would go back and re-do?”
Keanu replied, “Nothing that I’m willing to talk about [laughs].”
Craig appeared to want to know more as he pressed for an answer, “Could you characterize the nature of something that you would want to go back and re-do?”
Keanu bluntly responded, “Absolutely not.”
In Outcome, Keanu stars as Reef Hawk, a veteran Hollywood actor who has been sober for five years and has taken a hiatus from the industry. One day, the former child star learns that he is being extorted with a mysterious video. From that moment on, Reef “preemptively set out on a redemption tour to make amends, confront his demons, and avoid getting canceled,” per the Apple TV+ synopsis.
The film cast includes Jonah Hill, Cameron Diaz, Matt Bomer, Martin Scorsese, Susan Lucci, Laverne Cox, Drew Barrymore, among others. Jonah also directed the film and co-wrote it with Ezra Woods. The 42-year-old actor also co-produced it with Matt Dines and Ali Goodwin.
And he was on the promotional trail for the movie once more with his girlfriend at the premiere. It’s unclear when Keanu and Alexandra started dating, but they went public with their relationship at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles in November 2019.
The pair collaborated in 2011, when they published their first book, Ode to Happiness. The book is a lighthearted guide about dealing with life’s sorrows, featuring texts by Keanu and drawings by Alexandra.
In a 2020 British Vogue interview, Alexandra spoke about how the book came to be. The painter said, “The book was made as a surprise, by me, for Keanu, as a private gift. All our friends sitting in the room got the giggles when I gave it to him – they said, ‘Please publish it!’ So that’s how we got into publishing.”
In September 2025, Alexandra took to her social media to clarify that she and Keanu were not married. There were rumors at the time that the couple had tied the knot.
She spoke with PEOPLE in March 2026 and explained her decision to clear up the marriage speculation.
“I couldn’t take it anymore!” she said. “I was like, Ok, we’re going to do this thing, and that’s going to stop it. And I have to say, for the most part, it did.”
Alexandra added that they were getting barrages of wedding wishes via phone and texts from people following the rumors.
“Our main goal was to have people stop congratulating us,” she elaborated. “It was like, thank you so much, and we really love each other, but we’re not married. Like, how many times can you say that in a day? So I just wanted the truth out there.
Outcome debuts on Apple TV on Friday, April 10.
