Kehlani is bringing her world tour to the Nutmeg State this summer.
The artist, who was born in California, is known for performing hip-hop, R&B and soul. While in the early stages of her career, the artist’s music often focused on “heartbreak” and “pain,” in more recent years, she has aimed to focus on happier topics, such as parenthood, she told People magazine in 2022. Her music has been featured in the soundtrack for movies like “Suicide Squad” and “The Fate of the Furious.” The artist released her newest album, “Kehlani,” on April 24.
She has been recognized with two Grammy wins and seven nominations.
This won’t be her first time performing in the Nutmeg State. In 2022 and 2024 she played at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport. In 2022, she also visited the make-your-own candle shop ALL Love Candles in Manchester.
Tickets go on sale to the general public May 29 at 10 a.m. and begin at $78.
