“Are my boobs coming out? S**t,” Clarkson, 43, asked the audience during a November 8 “Studio Sessions” show for her Las Vegas residency, as seen in a video clip shared by TMZ, among other outlets.
Clarkson then shared an eyebrow-raising story.
“I had some d**k manager one time tell me to get a boob job and I was like, ‘Why don’t you get a dick job?’” recalled Clarkson.
“I was like, ‘I’m fine with my itty-bitty titties. Get out of here,’” she explained, as the crowd began to cheer. “’Driving your big ole car … making up for it.’ I mean, I don’t really know, he was gross … who says that s**t?”
“People say that s**t. They say it all the time to people in the industry. They say the craziest s**t,” she continued. “I’m like, ‘This is not normal. You’ve normalized crazy.’”

Clarkson — who is the mother of daughter River Rose, 11, and son Remington Alexander, 9, who she shared with her late ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock — has long opposed body scrutiny in Hollywood.
“What makes me mad about it, it’s honestly not how it’s said to me,” Clarkson told Serena Williams, 44, during a 2020 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, according to TODAY. “It’s rude, obviously; nobody likes to hear it. But it’s because other women and other little girls are looking out there, and they’re bigger than me and they’re going, ‘Well wait, if they think she’s this way, then what does the world think of me?’”
