Kylie Jenner

In June, the Kylie Cosmetics founder responded to a TikTok video from influencer Rachel Leary, who asked her to share exactly what she had done for her breast augmentation.
The Kardashians star left a comment revealing all the details of her implants, writing, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher !!! hope this helps lol.”
Khloé Kardashian

Just like her younger sister, the Good American founder decided to leave a comment via social media in June describing all the work she’s had done after British aesthetic doctor Jonny Betteridge posted an Instagram Reel speculating which cosmetic procedures he thought the reality star underwent.
The Keeping Up with Kardashians alum listed multiple beauty treatments in her comment under the video, including a rhinoplasty, laser hair removal, Botox, Sculptra, filler, soft wave laser, collagen baby threads and salmon sperm facials.
Brandi Cyrus

On the July 17 episode of Sorry We’re Cyrus podcast — which she cohosts with mom Tish Cyrus — Brandi revealed all on her February breast augmentation, including the size of her implants.
“Mine are tiny. Mine are 185ccs,” she explained before sharing that her Nashville plastic surgeon, Dr. Jacob Unger, “said it was like the smallest implant he’s ever done.”
Alix Earle

The social media star posted a TikTok video in July that gave a “veneer reveal,” noting she got them done when she graduated from the University of Miami in May 2023.
However, Earle noted the dental procedure is something she regrets doing.
“It was my decision but I feel like it was kind of those decisions that was made pretty fast and I just didn’t think it all the way through or talk to enough people,” she admitted.
Savannah Chrisley

Also in July, the reality TV personality shared she turned to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Charlie Galanis for liposuction “a while ago,” as she struggled with weight gain from her endometriosis.
“I was going through all of my health stuff. Gaining weight, I was working out, eating right, nothing was working,” she recounted in an episode of her Unlocked podcast.
“That’s the thing, being on TV and having to do a campaign shoot for a product. I’m like, I can’t show up looking the way that I look,” she recalled. “To me, it didn’t fit the brand. I didn’t feel good. I needed a quick fix.”
