King Charles has been warned that he must “cut off” Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor completely. The 65-year-old former Duke of York has faced further difficult days following the latest release of yet more Epstein files last week.
The US Department of Justice released a number of new documents and images on Friday, all of which were a part of the Epstein files – with some of these mentioning Andrew. Referring to recent pictures of Andrew riding his horse around the Windsor estate, the Daily Mail‘s diary editor Richard Eden has sent a major warning to the King.
Mr Eden said: “The stripping of Andrew’s titles looks more and more like a slap on the wrist”.
“Practically every day, we see Andrew riding horses around Windsor – who’s paying for that? His allowance – who’s paying for that?”
He then warned the King: “Enough is enough. Cut him off. King Charles, this is my demand of you.
“Because if there’s a single, solitary penny of tax-payer’s money going to that man, it is more than he could ever deserve and more than the people could ever stomach.”
It is alleged that Andrew was involved in bringing the woman to the UK for the purposes of sexual exploitation in 2010.
Following the latest release of the Epstein files last week, a second woman – who was in her 20s at the time – has come forward alleging that she was sent to the UK by Epstein.
According to the BBC, the woman’s lawyer, Brad Edwards from the US firm Edwards Henderson, claimed that the encounter took place at Royal Lodge in Windsor.
