Criticizing the same, one fan called her “King Autotune.” Another listener posted a GIF of Dual Lipa with “Yass girl give us nothing” written over it, signaling that the song wasn’t that great.
However, other fans on X have mentioned how Fourth Strike can be the “pop song of the year.” Another fan tweeted, “Me in my house streaming fourth strike by Terror Jr & King Kylie for the 10th time rn.” One even called her a “pop diva.”
Explaining how she came up with the idea of Fourth Strike with Terro Jr., Kylie Jenner promoted the track on her Instagram. She wrote,
“AHHHHHH!!!!!! FOURTH STRIKE!!! terror jr ft KING KYLIE!!!!! OUT NOW EVERYWHERE! what is happening!!! there was a little rumor 10 years ago that i was the one actually singing on 3 strikes! it wasn’t me (wish it was) so i had the idea to come together for fourth strike and it would actually be ME FEATURED!”
