Lauren Conrad’s super-rare update shows fans she’s still such an icon!
In case you missed it, Conrad posted for the first time in months, and for the first time in 2026, with a series of rare photos showing her prom-themed birthday bash! She shared the photos with the caption reading, “This is 40 ✨ Celebrated with three of my favorite humans @williamtell2nd @leslieannebruce @yashaaramin. We are all born a few weeks apart, so we threw ourselves a prom to celebrate together. And we had the BEST time!”
“Thank you @lastyoni for the beautiful photos, to the guys in the band for putting together an amazing show for us and to everyone who helped decorate,” she added. “(And apologies to anyone I just made feel old ).”
Throughout the post, we see the truly Y2K prom theme, from all the red and pink decorations to the band and crowd dancing! We see photos of Conrad in a ruffled blue prom dress, kissing her longtime husband, along with partying with her pals and former castmates. And in slide 10, we see the invites say “Senior, Senior Prom ‘Party like it’s 1999. Recover like it’s 2026.’” (Perfectly said!)

We always love a good prom party, and this 40th birthday bash is as iconic as can be! Plus, this gave fans a super-rare glimpse into Conrad’s personal life, which they couldn’t get enough of.
