“Dmv” premiered Oct. 13 and is back for its second episode tonight. The show, which airs Mondays at 8:30 p.m. Et, is a single-camera comedy set in the fictional “East Hollywood” branch of the Department of Motor Vehicles – where, as the logline notes, “employees are making minimum wage dealing with customers who are annoyed before they even walk in the door.”
