SAN ANTONIO —The 2026 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo returns on Thursday, transforming the Frost Bank Center and Freeman Coliseum grounds into the ultimate celebration of Texas heritage.
Running from February 12 through March 1, this 18-day extravaganza is one of San Antonio’s biggest events, drawing approximately 1.5 million visitors each year.
The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Fairgrounds feature carnival rides, tons of food options, shopping, live music stages, a wine garden, craft beer area, the New Ag Expo, pig races, a petting zoo, and so much more.
Shops at the Rodeo: Sip, shop, dine, and dance at the Expo Hall with more than 165 unique vendors!

The San Antonio Rodeo is sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA). The PRCA and WPRA rodeo seasons begin on October 1 and end September 30 each year.
Rodeo Action Begins: Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026: Watch 19 PRCA Rodeo performances followed by entertainment and special rodeo performances on specific nights – Noche Del Vaquero, Ranch Rodeo, and Xtreme Bulls.
Noche del Vaquero: A celebration of South Texas heritage! Noche del Vaquero honors the traditions, artistic skills and pageantry of our culture. See Ballet Folkloricó, escaramuzas, Bull & Bronco riding, charro and mariachi exhibitions.
Ranch Rodeo: Teams of real working cowboys compete with one another in events similar to the tasks they face every day such as steer loading, calf branding, roping and some fun events as well.
