Brazilian psychic Athos Salomé, dubbed the ‘Living Nostradamus’, has shared a concerning prediction about what may lie ahead for the Royal Family in 2026.
The 39-year-old mystic has previously made accurate forecasts about major world events, including the Covid pandemic and the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Revealing his eerie prophecy for this year, Salomé issued a warning about the health of a “key member” of The Firm, and how this could trigger a “major event” that will rock the family.
“A major event within the royal family – possibly tied to the health of a key member – will take place between late 2025 and early 2026,” the psychic told the Daily Mail.
He claims the “major event” will see Prince Harry make a “symbolic return to the UK”, and spark a “fragile truce with King Charles and Princess Eugenie”.
However, Salomé predicts the Duke of Sussex’s “return” to British soil won’t trigger a reconciliation with his older brother, Prince William.
“Prince William remains a fracture point. Full reconciliation will come from the next generation: William and Kate’s children rebuilding ties with Archie and Lilibet,” he said.
The prediction comes after the Royal Family has navigated a number of significant health issues in recent years.
King Charles, 77, is still undergoing treatment after he was diagnosed with an undisclosed type of cancer in February 2024.
While it was confirmed in December 2025 that doctors had reduced his treatment after he “responded exceptionally well”, Charles is not described as being in remission or “cured”.
“Today I am able to share with you the good news that thanks to early diagnosis, effective intervention and adherence to ‘doctors’ orders’, my own schedule of cancer treatment can be reduced in the new year,” the King said in a speech.
“I know from my own experience that a cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming. Yet I also know that early detection is the key that can transform treatment journeys.”
Princess Kate also underwent treatment for an undisclosed type of cancer in 2024. She confirmed in January 2025 that she was in remission.
“It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focused on recovery,” the Princess of Wales, 44, wrote on Instagram.
“As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. I am, however, looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead.”
She also thanked The Royal Marsden Hospital in London for “looking after me so well”.
“My heartfelt thanks goes to all those who have quietly walked alongside William and me as we have navigated everything. We couldn’t have asked for more,” Kate added.
In October, William, 43, opened up about the Royal Family’s recent health issues, describing the experience as like having a “rug pulled from under your feet”.
“You maybe think to yourself ‘It won’t happen to us, we’ll be okay’. Because I think everyone has a positive outlook,” the Prince of Wales told Schitts Creek star Eugene Levy.
“But when it does happen to you, then it takes you into some pretty not great places.”
