Taylor Lautner has just become the recipient of a coveted Chipotle Celebrity Card. And that’s not all. He and his wife were also surprised with a bathtub of guac, complete with an action figure of Lautner bathing in it.
Lautner was born in Grand Rapids and grew up in nearby Hudsonville. He is known for playing Jacob Black in the “Twilight” Saga film series.
Both he and his wife posted on his Instagram and her TikTok pages of the Chipotle surprise.
“So, my bestie Chipotle hits me up, ‘where have you been loca?’ ‘Bathing in ur guac. HBU?’ ‘We’ll bring the chips,’ the interaction went on social media between Lautner and Chipotle.
“They didn’t just bring the chips,” Lautner added as he showed off the guac bathtub. “This is the craziest thing I’ve ever been sent. It’s literally a giant bathtub of guac and an action figure of me bathing in it.”
Ozzy Osbourne received the first Chipotle Celebrity Card in 2003. Celebrity Card holders get one free Chipotle meal per day including chips, a side and drink for one year, plus one catering order for up to 50 people during the year.
“Most of the time I forget that I am married to a celebrity, but it’s moments like this when I’m reminded,” Lautner’s wife, Taylor, said on TikTok, showing off the bathtub of guac. “Like, this is huge. Perks, because I get to eat it now.”
It’s not known how many celebs Chipotle has surprised over the years with its Celebrity Card. The company gives them out when movie and TV stars or famous athletes show their love for Chipotle in creative ways on social media.
