Damon Lindelof has announced that he will not work with Disney until Jimmy Kimmel Live! is reinstated, following ABC’s decision to pull the late-night show off the air indefinitely. The Lost and The Leftovers creator made his statement in a long Instagram post on Thursday.
“I was shocked, saddened and infuriated by yesterday’s suspension and look forward to it being lifted soon. If it isn’t, I can’t in good conscience work for the company that imposed it,” Lindelof wrote.
The suspension came after Kimmel’s September 15 monologue, in which he criticized Maga supporters’ response to the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
