Louis Partridge has nothing but sweet words for his leading lady.
The Enola Holmes star gave a rare look inside his private relationship with Olivia Rodrigo as he gushed about holding his title as “Mr. Olivia Rodrigo,” “for a while now.”
“I’m very happy,” Louis, 22, told Variety in an interview published Sept. 12. “and I think she is too, so all is good in our world.”
And while the duo has kept their relationship largely private, fans were shocked over the summer when Olivia gave “her boy from London” a special shoutout during her headlining set at the 2025 Glastonbury Music Festival.
For Louis—who was on hand to watch the performance—he said that the surprise mention was “surreal,” telling Variety it was, “also such a treat and a joy.”
While onstage, Olivia offered insight about her relationship as she described all her favorite things in England. Noting that Louis was the inspiration for her song “So American” she credited him for offering his English expertise in the process.

“I wrote this next song when I was falling in love with this boy from London,” she told the crowd in June, “and as we were getting to know each other, we were discovering all of these cross-cultural differences.”
“He would make fun of me for pronouncing things very American—like Glaston-berry,” Olivia, 22, said. “So, I took all of our little inside jokes and I made a song on that.”

After her set, the Pride and Prejudice star gave his Grammy winner girlfriend a shoutout of his own—while making their romance Instagram official with a sweet carousel of pictures of the “Driver’s License” singer.
“I hope you caught Olivia’s show last night. A truly special performance on such a huge scale,” Louis wrote on Instagram June 30 alongside a pic of Olivia in her dressing room and standing onstage in front of the crowd. “She worked her ass off for it and couldn’t be more deserving of all her success and for the great crowd that was watching. What a moment #glastonberry.”
Olivia took to the comments of Louis’ post with a callback to her pronunciation writing, “glastonBERRY ilysm.”
