Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost’s son Ky Lasheed Frost has been identified as the primary suspect in the murder of rapper T-Hood.
The Gwinnett County Police Department revealed Ky Lasheed Frost, 24, may have been involved in the incident described as a “domestic dispute,” TMZ reported on Tuesday, August 12, based on an incident report. Official charges have yet to be announced.
T-Hood (real name: Tevin Hood) was reportedly dating Kirk’s daughter, Kelsie Frost, whom he shares with his former girlfriend Kellie Harris.
Hood’s mother claimed Ky was the alleged killer, TMZ reported. Authorities continue to investigate the case days after the lyricist was shot at his home located in the 3900 block of Lee Road in Snellville, Georgia, around 7 p.m. on August 8, according to a press release by Gwinnett County officials.
Officers provided aid to Hood until Gwinnett County Fire Rescue transported him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The motive has not yet been determined.
Hood was best known for his songs “Ready 2 Go,” “Big Booty,” and “Perculator.” He was 33.
As for Ky and Kelsie, both have made appearances on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta over the years.

Kelsie, 30, addressed “conspiracy theories” in the wake of Hood’s death in a statement, according to Bossip.
“I can’t sit back and let the narrative being created go on. The love of my life is GONE. The man I lay with and cuddle every single night … is no longer here,” she reportedly wrote via Instagram on August 9.
“So as I want to ask for respect and privacy, I won’t because I will always defend my baby. I don’t condone this s*** in any way, shape, form or fashion. I am sick to my stomach. I don’t wish this on anyone,” Kelsie continued. “My brain is all over the place, this is a total nightmare but I’m gonna get this off.”
