The event of the summer, Love Island USA, has finally come to an end, with the season 8 finale on Sunday night.
Over a month of drama and reality entertainment at the iconic Love Island villa in the islands of Fiji led to the crowning of a $100,000 winner.
Entering the season finale, four couples remained: Trinity Tatum and Bryce Dettloff, Melanie Moreno and Sincere Rhea, Aniya Harvey and Carl Schmidt, and Kayda Bosse and Zach Georgiou.

Trinity and Bryce were the heavy favorites to take home the crown after sticking together throughout the entire season, while Islanders like Melanie and Aniya had a strong following because of the drama and chaos they endured in the villa.
But who took home the crown after the public vote?
The couple with the most votes wins, and each partner will receive an envelope. One envelope contains nothing, while the other contains $100,000. The partner who receives the $100,000 envelope then decides whether to share their money with their partner or to keep it for themself.
