With the Winter 2026 season kicking in almost a month ago, many fans are eagerly awaiting to catch up with some of the most anticipated anime in Crunchyroll‘s lineup. However, as February approaches, several fan-favorite anime are facing imminent delays due to adverse weather conditions.
The winter storms currently hitting the U.S. and that have significantly impacted Dallas have also set back some of the long-awaited Winter 2026 anime because Crunchyroll’s main in-house dubbing studio is located in Coppell, Texas. According to Crunchyroll’s recent press release, anime like Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2 and Trigun Stargaze will have their English dub release postponed.
