Raise a stein and enjoy the festive spirit at the eighth annual “Munich in Manitowoc” Oktoberfest Party!
Hosted by PetSkull Brewing Company (1015 Buffalo St.), this free event runs from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20.
Guests can look forward to a ceremonial keg-tapping at 1 p.m., authentic German food, lively music, hammerschlagen, and an appearance by fan-favorites Helmut and Klaus.

Step into the supernatural world with Chad Lewis and hear tales of ghosts, UFOs, mysterious creatures and more at this spine-tingling presentation!
This free event takes place from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Manitowoc Public Library (707 Quay St.).
Chad has traveled the globe uncovering strange and unusual stories and has been featured on the Discovery Channel and ABC. From haunted places to bizarre legends, this program covers the full spectrum of Wisconsin’s paranormal happenings.

This two-day event runs Friday and Saturday, Sept. 19-20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. inside the greenhouse at The Rustic Rose (961 S. 29th St.).
More than 40 talented crafters, artists and vendors will be on site, along with a bake sale benefiting local cancer charities and exciting door prizes.
