Diljit was recently nominated for the International Emmy Awards in the category of Best Performance by an Actor, for his titular role as Amar Singh Chamkila in Imtiaz Ali’s musical-biopic. He was recently seen in the Punjabi film, Sardaar Ji 3, which was only released in International markets as it stars Pakistani actress Hania Aamir.
Diljit has multiple films in the pipeline. He is currently shooting for Imtiaz’s next romantic-drama, which also stars Vedang Raina and Sharvari Wagh. He will also be seen next in Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan’s Border 2, which is set to be released in theatres next year.
Meanwhile, Manushi was recently seen in Rajkummar Rao’s actioner, Maalik and John Abraham’s spy-thriller, Tehran.
