The family of 15-year-old Harvey Willgoose – who was stabbed to death by another pupil at his school in Sheffield – has said his murder was “senseless and avoidable”.
Caroline Willgoose said a report ordered by the school showed that many “red flags” had been missed in the run up to her son’s murder.
Lawyers for the family said the catalogue of errors exposed by the report made for “deeply troubling reading”.
