Actress Margaret Qualley and musician Jack Antonoff have reportedly ended their marriage after three years amid a turbulent relationship.
People magazine confirmed the split, with sources saying the pair’s relationship is “rocky” and they are reportedly “figuring things out”.
It comes as the Bleachers frontman is in the middle of his band’s tour while Qualley is in pre-production for the upcoming horror film Possession.
Antonoff also just attended longtime friend and collaborator Taylor Swift’s wedding on July 3, bringing his fashion designer sister Rachel Antonoff instead of Qualley.
The former couple first sparked whispers of a romance in August 2021 after they were seen kissing on a date in Brooklyn.
They went official with their relationship in 2022 when they attended a luncheon in support of Qualley’s Netflix series Maid.
They got engaged that same year and tied the knot in August 2023 with a New Jersey wedding surrounded by celebrity guests such as Swift, Channing Tatum, Zoe Kravitz, Cara Delevingne and Lana Del Rey.
In April, Antonoff said he knew as soon as he met Qualley that he would end up marrying her.
“I saw her, and it was like a f…ing Hallmark movie that doesn’t seem believable,” he told The Howard Stern Show.
“When I met her, I started imagining things that I’d never even imagined, like marriage.”
He also revealed he popped the question to Qualley while the pair were living in Paris and called her sister beforehand to get her blessing.
“I came back, and I could tell that I looked crazy because she looked at me like something was wrong, and I think it’s because I had begun to sweat,” he told the show.
“And all I do is joke, so when I becomes serious, I think it’s a bit arresting.”
In 2023 ahead of their wedding, Qualley described her husband as “her person”.
“I am so happy that I found my person. And it’s real. It’s amazing. It’s the best feeling in the world,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.
“I’m so excited and so at ease all at once.”
Qualley is best known for starring in movies Sanctuary and The Substance alongside Demi Moore.
