Mark Wahlberg has a palatial new property to call home. The Boogie Nights star and hamburger entrepreneur has shelled out $37 million for a fully furnished, Italian-inspired dwelling in sunny South Florida. The Delray Beach property is located within the ritzy gated community of Stone Creek Ranch.
Dubbed Palazzo di Lago, the nearly 18,000-square-foot contemporary manse was designed with “the tranquil glamour of Lake Como” and the “seductive allure of Bond’s Casino Royale,” as the listing description puts it. That design brief materialized in the form of no-holds-barred extravagance: At the end of a paved motor court, a grand portico entrance is flanked by waterfall fountains lined with white marble. That stately welcoming continues with a foyer featuring 30-foot-tall ceilings, modern crystal chandeliers, a winding staircase, a plant wall, and large slates of polished marble, and extra-glossy Brazilian Guyana wood. Seven bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and two half-baths are found within the home, as are a game room equipped with a wet bar that seats seven, a movie theater, a hidden cigar lounge, two offices, two kitchens, a car gallery, and a wellness retreat.

On the home’s upper level, the primary suite boasts floors inlaid with mother-of-pearl, dual bathrooms, boutique-style dressing rooms, private terraces, and a hidden safe room. Outdoors, the 2.5-acre palm tree–laden grounds resemble a resort, complete with a tennis court; a massive saltwater lagoon swimming pool with waterfalls; numerous lounge areas; a guesthouse; and a cabana outfitted with its own kitchen, bathroom, and bar.

Marky Mark has a taste for particularly ostentatious estates; he previously owned a 30,500-square-foot Richard Landry–designed French château in the LA area that he sold in 2023 for $55 million.

His new Florida residence was developed and designed by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes. Stark was represented by Seanda Adžem of Douglas Elliman, while Wahlberg was represented by Michael Costello of Compass.
