There’s a bright future for the new Yellowstone sequel series, Marshals, which debuted on Mar. 1 on CBS. Less than two weeks later, it’s been confirmed that there’s more to come from the new show.
Per Variety, Marshals has officially been renewed for Season 2. TV show renewals are never guaranteed, but the news is not a major shocker, given the immediate success earned by Marshals. The premiere episode reached 20.6 million multiplatform viewers within one week. The network also touted the pilot episode as the most-watched broadcast original series premiere without an NFL lead-in since the debut of Young Sheldon in 2017, and it’s the most-streamed episode of a CBS show ever on Paramount+.
