Born in October 1972, Brad Paisley is an acclaimed country singer from West Virginia. The musical talent received his first guitar from his maternal grandfather when he was just eight years old, per ABC News.
He was one of the first country musicians to give Swift a platform when she was just starting out in the industry: she was an opener for one of Paisley’s tours early on in her career.
