Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s recent trip to Jordan seems to have Prince William fuming. He reportedly believes that, with this move, the former actor is trying to copy their late mother, Princess Diana. Moreover, he is unhappy with the royal titles the Sussexes are using, even after they gave up their royal duties in 2020. That is why, as per a source, the Prince of Wales could strip the couple of titles when he takes over the crown.

Prince William was surprised when Meghan Markle and Prince Harry went on a two-day humanitarian trip to Jordan. In Jordan, the Sussexes met with Syrian refugees and medical evacuees from Gaza. They even visited the King Hussein Cancer Centre in Amman.

However, their act “sickens” the Prince of Wales. The latter reportedly believes the former actor is trying to emulate their late mother, Princess Diana. “William doesn’t buy that [Meghan’s] sincere in any of this,” a source told In Touch.

“In his view, this whole Diana 2.0 act is all about boosting her image and ultimately her bank account. It sickens him that his brother would encourage this.” The tipster added that William feels her “act” when the royal “family is in the midst of the worst crisis in modern history.” They also stated that it shows “she’s clearly trying to get a leg up by doing this so-called humanitarian tour.”

Another thing that “enrages” the future monarch is that the Sussexes are “being allowed to trade off royal status and badmouth the institution at the same time.” Thus, William “can’t wait to put a stop to it the moment he becomes king.” 

“He’s adamant that his first order of business will be to strip them of their titles,” the source stated. They added, “It’s going to be enormously satisfying for him when he’s finally able to accomplish what his father is refusing to do.”
