Actress Meghann Fahy teamed up with Natural Bliss to be the face of the brand’s latest campaign.
The White Lotus alum opened up about her morning routine to Good Housekeeping, along with some products she can’t live without.
The star also explained why she’s all about creating her perfect morning to start the day off right.
Meghann Fahy is a busy woman these days. Between preparing for her upcoming film, You Deserve Each Other (co-starring Penn Badgley), serving as the face of multiple fashion campaigns, and jet-setting from gig to gig, her free time is limited.
But The Bold Type alum is looking to change that—and she’s starting with a morning essential we can all relate to.
I got the chance to speak with Meghann about her new “High Creamer & Coffee” campaign with Natural Bliss coffee creamers, and I asked how she begins her busy mornings on the right foot. Unsurprisingly, coffee was top of mind for the actress, who says she was a fan of the creamer long before she partnered with the brand.
“I always have my Natural Bliss creamer in an iced coffee,” she said when I sat down with her at the Little Hen in New York City. “I’ve used it forever, and I get really sad in the morning when I don’t have it. It’s like, I almost can’t even drink coffee because it’s like, what’s the point?”

Coffee, check. Aside from her morning cup, Meghann also leans on a few simple habits to set her day up for success. We just might have to steal these for ourselves.
Start with meditation.
“I’m not really a morning person, so I try to do a 10-minute meditation. It really sets the tone for my day because it keeps me from just immediately getting on my phone and answering emails and texts and stuff. It just starts me off calmly.”
Find time for movement.
“I try to stretch a lot in the morning, since I find stretching to be something people often forget about. If I’m not doing yoga, I still like to stretch in my room, or wherever I am, for about 20 minutes in the morning.”
Simplify your beauty routine.
“I find that SPF every day is something that I never skip in my routine, and I think that’s a really good habit to get into. I also love to have a face mask with me because I find that when I travel a lot, it’s easy for my skin to become really dry. So, I try to keep that with me for wherever I am.”
