Mel C flaunted her incredibly toned physique as she shared behind-the-scenes footage of her latest music video for new single Sweat on Friday.
The Spice Girls star, 51, set pulses racing as she slipped into skimpy workout gear for the shoot which saw her jump on an exercise bike.
Mel looked incredible in a tiny red crop top that showed off her eye-popping abs and was layered over a black bra and teamed with black trousers.
She later modelled an equally revealing cut-out black gown for the video which saw the stunner, as the song’s title suggests, build up a sweat.
Mel appeared in great spirits during filming and gushed over her skimpy outfits saying they were the ‘most exciting’ of her career.
Mother-of-one Mel released her latest track on Friday and used the video as an opportunity to proudly display her age-defying physique.

The songstress will release her ninth studio album, Sweat, on May 1, 2026 via Virgin Music Group.
She will also host a special show at O2 Academy Brixton on October 23, 2026.
Sweat is an electro-house track that samples Diana Ross’s Work That Body while Mel powers through a vintage workout-style strength routine.
The Spice Girls, also made up of Victoria Beckham, Gerri Halliwell-Horner and Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton, was first formed in 1994 before splitting in 2000.
Last month, Victoria, 51, revealed in her Netflix documentary how Mel B, 50, had hurt her feelings when she told her, ‘don’t forget where you’ve come from’.
The Daily Mail previously revealed Geri, 53, pulled the plug on plans for a new tour after ‘losing patience’ with ‘little digs’ from Mel B and reportedly can’t ‘bear to share the stage with her bandmate’.
And, after Geri quit the band in 1998 during their world tour, Mel C branded her ‘untalented’ in an interview.
She made the remark during an appearance on the TV show CD: UK in 2003, after presenter Cat Deely asked her about Geri critiquing other pop acts.

It comes after Victoria couldn’t hide her pride as she gushed over her husband David after he received a knighthood from King Charles on Tuesday.
The fashion designer said she had ‘never felt prouder’ of her husband, 50, and shared a snap of Sir David getting knighted at Windsor Castle for his services to sport and charity.
