The actress was photographed bundled up in Los Angeles.
The “Frankenstein” star sported a black coat, jeans and sneakers, keeping a low profile with black sunglasses.
The 32-year-old, who appeared downcast as she approached her car, carried a pink backpack.
She and LaBeouf, notably, are the parents of a 3-year-old daughter named Isabel.
When Goth made a separate outing on Tuesday with an unidentified male, she wore a sweatshirt, yoga pants, a scarf and a red baseball cap.
