Michelle Obama Says She and Barack Were Supposed to See Rob and Michele Reiner the Night They Were Found Dead, Shades Trump’s Post: ‘They Are Not Deranged or Crazed’

Michelle Obama revealed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” that she and Barack Obama were meant to see Rob and Michele Reiner on Sunday night, before hearing that the couple had been found dead in their home.

“We’ve known them for many, many years and were supposed to be seeing them that night — last night,” Michelle Obama told Kimmel on Monday. “And we got the news.”

Rob and Michele Reiner were found dead inside their Brentwood home on Sunday afternoon around 3:40 p.m. and had reportedly been stabbed to death. On Monday, their 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, was booked on suspicion of murder.
