NASCAR has teamed up with Words + Pictures, the team behind hits such as “The Last Dance” and “30 for 30,” for a new docuseries. “Rising,” developed and produced by Full Speed Entertainment, will give an “unprecedented look inside the lives of three young, up-and-coming NASCAR drivers as they’ve chased greatness both on and off the track this past season.”
