Opus Kitchen + Lounge, located at 7828 Olive Blvd. in University City, is now open.
The dining and entertainment establishment, from owners Keith Harris and Fred Finley, offers chef-inspired food, cocktails, curated wines, and live entertainment. The 3,700-square-foot space can accommodate around 150 guests. Harris and Finley declined to share investment costs for the project but said the project represents “a significant private investment into the Olive Boulevard corridor and the continued growth of University City’s hospitality and entertainment scene.”
The project was owner-led, with Harris and Finley directly managing the vision, design director, vendor coordination, and overall transformation of the space, officials said. The property is owned by Westover Property LLC, tied to Jake Pelikan, according to documents filed with the state.
