LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – The much-anticipated Liberty Collective is set to open its doors in early September, bringing a new hub of entertainment to the community. The 18,000-square-foot complex, located across from Lakota East High School, will feature a variety of attractions including five restaurants, three bars, an ice cream shop, and volleyball courts.
The opening of Liberty Collective was initially planned for earlier this summer but faced delays due to adverse weather conditions affecting construction.
The Liberty Collective is founded by Mike and Heather Ewers.
Here’s the lineup:
Bristol’s Burgers, Beef and BBQ
A bold, flavor-packed menu featuring double-decker cheeseburgers, smoked BBQ, spicy Italian beef, and award-winning smoked wings. Chef-owner Robert Viox, known for his Four Mile Pig restaurants, brings his passion and family legacy to life in this new venture—named after his granddaughter, Bristol.

Their new concept, Ramundo’s Pizza Famiglia, features a uniquely crafted menu with pizzas named after Ramundo family members and made using cherished traditional recipes.
