According to a recent report by Page Six, Nicole Kidman is embracing the future after her separation from Keith Urban. An insider source shared, “She’s sad and moving on with her life — and making sure her kids are taken care of.”
Kidman filed for divorce on Tuesday, September 30, in Nashville, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. As per court documents, the Babygirl star listed their date of separation as the date of filing (via People). Shortly after the news broke out, a source told Page Six that Kidman “did not want the separation and was trying to save things.”
“Sometimes relationships just run their course,” the insider added. Furthermore, another news report stated that the couple has been living apart “since the beginning of summer.”
Additionally, a new report by TMZ reveals that Urban might be involved with another woman. Sources close to Kidman claim that “all the signs point to the fact [that] Keith is with another woman. Let’s just say, Nicole doesn’t dispute that, but she’s still shocked over it.”
However, it remains unclear whether the affair happened before or after their separation. Neither Kidman nor Urban has made any official statement addressing the matter.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban exchanged their vows in June 2006, just a year after they met at the G’Day LA event. They have two children together, daughters Sunday Rose (17) and Faith Margaret (14).
The siblings will be a part of the “Permanent Parenting Plan” (via E! News). It stipulates that they will spend 306 days every year with Kidman and 59 days with Urban. Keith Urban will also reportedly have the teens every other weekend.
