Nicole Kidman is reportedly the current love interest of Paul Salem, the Chairman of the Board of MGM Resorts International. The businessman boasts a hefty–though unspecified–net worth due to his Chairman’s salary and his over 1 million shares of MGM Resorts stock.
Kidman, 58, separated from her husband, Keith Urban, in 2025 after almost 20 years of marriage. The two finalized their divorce on January 6, 2026. The former couple shares two daughters.
She was previously married to fellow actor Tom Cruise, with whom she was for 11 years before their divorce in 2001. The pair met on the set of Days of Thunder before starring in Eyes Wide Shut and Far and Away together. Kidman and Cruise have one daughter and one son together.

Salem is reportedly making it clear that he is very interested in the Babygirl star. Kidman’s team, meanwhile, claimed that the actress is still single and not dating anyone following her finalized divorce.
