Taylor Hospitality Management has announced the appointment of Nina Sharp Hebb as director of entertainment for The Railyard Event & Conference Center, bringing more than three decades of entertainment industry experience to Elkins’ premier new performance and event venue, according to a press release.

In her role, Hebb will lead all entertainment programming for The Railyard’s state-of-the-art performance theater, which will seat approximately 410 guests. She will oversee the development of signature productions, booking of touring acts and long-term entertainment strategy as The Railyard establishes itself as a regional destination for live performances.

A West Virginia native, Hebb brings more than 30 years of experience across every facet of the entertainment industry. She spent over a decade touring the Eastern United States, opening for some of Nashville’s most prominent acts, before returning home to join West Virginia’s only dinner theatre. There, she served first as a headlining performer and later as producer, gaining extensive experience in show production, artist management, buyer relations and live event operations.

Her background uniquely positions her to curate compelling programming while understanding the needs of performers, audiences and presenters alike.

“I am thrilled to serve as Director of Entertainment for the new Railyard Event Center in Elkins, West Virginia,” Hebb said. “It brings me great joy to see such a beautiful and exciting venue coming to an area I deeply love. I look forward to offering both our community and the surrounding regions a welcoming place to connect and enjoy exceptional entertainment.”

Beginning in June, The Railyard Event & Conference Center will debut weekly signature performances designed to appeal to a wide range of audiences, including school groups, motorcoach tours and organized outings. These include:

  • The Mainline Show (Saturdays) — A high-energy musical journey from the 1950s to today, featuring powerhouse vocals, a live band and dazzling dance numbers.
  • Echoes of Icons (Fridays) — A star-studded evening celebrating legendary country, rock and pop artists in a dynamic live performance experience.
  • Knights of the Road: Tales of the American Hobo (morning performances) — A captivating production blending humor, history and heart to bring the stories of America’s traveling workers to life.

In addition to in-house productions, The Railyard will host a wide range of outside entertainment, including concerts, comedy shows and specialty performances, with opportunities for touring acts and presenters to book the theater for their own events.

“The Randolph County Development Authority is thrilled to see Nina bring her entertainment vision to life at The Railyard,” said Robbie Morris, executive director of Randolph County Development Authority. “Her passion for the arts and deep connection to the region will help make the venue a vibrant, welcoming place that brings people together and showcases Elkins as a destination for exceptional entertainment.”

“Nina’s depth of experience, creative vision and understanding of live entertainment from every angle make her an invaluable addition to The Railyard,” said Sean Taylor, chief executive officer of Taylor Hospitality Management. “Her leadership will play a key role in establishing The Railyard as a premier performance destination in West Virginia.”
