Nip/Tuck star Dylan Walsh nearly botched a happy ending after he crashed his Ford Explorer into two utility poles in Rumson, N.J.
Although he admitted to officers he’d consumed alcohol earlier, the actor’s rep says Walsh, 61, suffered a stroke before the accident, according to TMZ.
But according to the police report, cops found “empty and open White Claw hard seltzer” and a cooler bag packed with cans of hard seltzer in the vehicle. Officers said the SUV was “severely damaged.”

The Deadly Switch star’s wife, Leslie Bourque-Walsh, 53, and their two children, Amélie, 13, and Hud, 12, were also riding in the SUV.
Two passengers were taken to the hospital.
Walsh was cited for allegedly having an open container of alcohol, an expired registration, reckless driving and other charges.
