The practice is led by Bradford Auerbach, an OGC partner with more than three decades of experience advising major media companies, sports organizations and entertainment brands on complex, often first-of-their-kind deals that shape how content is created, distributed, and monetized. Auerbach has been with OGC for seven years and previously held senior legal and business roles at companies including Disney, Liberty Media, and Phillips Media.

Frey joins OGC after serving as General Counsel of the Professional Bowlers Association, where she spent more than a decade advising on league operations, sponsorships, media rights, and governance. Levy adds significant depth to the platform, bringing extensive experience guiding entertainment and media clients through complex commercial transactions.
