Omari Lyseight has released his new project, ‘Digital’.
Produced entirely by Omari, the 14-track ‘Digital’ – think sprawling nocturnal productions sitting somewhere between rap ambience and psychedelia – sees the London-based producer rope in a transatlantic cast of collaborators including 454, Earl Sweatshirt, Niontay, MIKE, Jawnino and Jadasea.
Omari has studied music since the age of three, moving from classical training and an early run as a singer at The BRIT School into production.
From 2016 to 2018 he ran Trackout Records with close friend LSOW, and the two helped shape the early UK underground scene. He also produces and DJs for the group Ammi Boyz, stepping out as a rapper on features along the way. In 2019, after parting from Trackout, he founded the collective Digital Currency with producer 4kvideo and artist Caynes and set out to fold his influences into one sound.
He has close affiliation with New York’s Surf Gang, collaborating regularly with artists and producers including MIKE, Evilgiane, Bbymutha, Tony Seltzer, and Wiki. Through early 2026, he added production credits on Sideshow’s ‘Tigray Funk’ and Surf Gang’s ‘Pompeii // Utility’ with MIKE and Earl Sweatshirt.
Leading the ‘Digital’ project comes a video for ‘On Point’ with long-time collaborator Caynes.
Tune in now.
