Netflix has released a new video preview of One Piece Season 2. The behind-the-scenes video features interviews with the Straw Hats as they tease their treacherous journey into the Grand Line.
The Grand Line is described as the “legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn.”
“The story of One Piece gets bigger, and it gets better,” Iñaki Godoy says in the video. “And now in Season 2, they are ready to go into the Grand Line to search for the ultimate treasure, for One Piece.”

Who is involved in One Piece Season 2 on Netflix?
In One Piece Season 2, the Straw Hats consist of Monkey D. Luffy (Godoy), swordsman Roronoa Zoro (Mackenyu), cartographer Nami (Emily Rudd), storyteller Usopp (Jacob Romero), and chef Sanji (Taz Skylar).
“Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line,” the official Netflix synopsis reads. “As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”
There are several noteworthy additions to the Season 2 cast, including Mikaela Hoover as Tony Tony Chopper, Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Callum Kerr as Smoker, and Joe Manganiello as Mr. 0.
Additional cast members include Rigo Sanchez, Yonda Thomas, James Hiroyuki Liao, Sophia Anne Caruso, Mark Penwill, Anton David Jefth, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Mark Harelik, Daniel Lasker, Camrus Johnson, Jazzara Jasly, Werner Coetser, Brendan Murray, Clive Russell, Julia Rehwal, Rob Colletti, Ty Keogh, and Lera Abova.
Joe Tracz and Matt Owens serve as co-showrunners, writers, and executive producers for Season 2.
One Piece Season 2 will premiere in 2026 on Netflix. Season 3 has already been renewed, with production beginning this fall in Cape Town, South Africa.
