When it comes to kids, drastic measures are often required. It takes a Herculean effort to get them to do anything — especially to wear “fancy” clothes and smile for pictures. As a mom of three, I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve brought candy and toys to get my little ones to smile during professional photo shoots. Sure, their fingers might be a tad sticky by the end, but the result is so worth it! And hearing that Paris Hilton also bribes her kids with “extra dessert” to get them to help her makes me feel so validated.
The Simple Life star recently admitted that she had to give her kids Pheonix, 2, and London, 23 months, sweets to get them to pose for photos promoting her new dinnerware collection.

“Looks like the #CutesieCrew knew they could get extra desserts if they agreed to model my new dinnerware collection at @Walmart 🍽️😂,” Hilton quipped in a caption on TikTok, referring to her kids, who she shares with husband Carter Reum, as her Cutesie Crew.
In the video, London looks adorable in a light blue dress with two boys in her hair, and Phoenix wears a cute blue plaid shirt that matches his mom’s gingham dress.
“I feel like you’re just here for the food,” Hilton wrote over the video, set to a viral sound from Netflix’s I Think You Should Leave, featuring a quote, “I feel like you’re just here for the zipline.”
In the video, London puts her finger in frosting from a cake and licks it, while Phoenix chomps on a pink cookie.
“All you did all photoshoot was eat the food,” Hilton added over the video, showing more shots of the toddlers eating from the elaborate pink tea party setup. They aer so cute!
“I mean I would be the exact same 😂” one person commented on the adorable clip. In another comment, Hilton revealed, “They were on a sugar high 😂.” At least the video was cute though!
“a momma gotta do what she gotta do to get the perfect pic,” another wrote, prompting Hilton to reply, “Not ready for Halloween 😂😂😂.” Same girl!
In a previous interview with SheKnows, the “Stars Are Blind” singer gushed about motherhood. “I am loving being in my mom era. It’s my favorite era yet,” she told us. “I just feel like my life feels so complete.”
She added, “These babies have just brought so much love into my life. My heart feels so full, like it could burst, and every day is like a new adventure.”
