Peace Center kicks off 35th season with debut of performances at new music venue

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Peace Center is kicking off it’s 35th season with some big news.

The new venue, The Mockingbird, is part of a big expansion that is connected to a larger plan call the “AMP” or “A Music Project”.

The Peace Center said the first performance on the Mockingbird’s opening night will be Maia Sharp with Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr. It’s set for Saturday, Jan. 17.

The performance is part of a musical series called “Song Sessions”.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday.
