The series adaptation of the novel “The Accomplice” starring Taraji P. Henson has landed at Peacock for development, Variety has learned.
The project is based on the novel of the same name written by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Aaron Phillip Clark, which was published in 2024. Jackson will executive produce via G-Unit Films and Television, while Henson will executive produce in addition to starring under her Tph Entertainment banner. UCP will produce. No writer is currently attached.
Jackson had previously spoken about the project and Henson’s casting in an interview with “The Breakfast Club” in October.
