Police restrict view as car searched in Nancy Guthrie raid – Celebrity News – Entertainment

FBI agents and Sheriff’s deputies were seen covering the trunk of a car, before pulling out something witnesses were unable to see. 

Two people, a man and a woman, were detained at a home in the city’s Shadow Hills area of the city, while another was detained during a traffic stop.

A Shadow Hills resident described the heavy law enforcement presence in the area as “unbelievably absurd,” adding, “It’s making everybody nervous. It’s just surreal, and we just can’t imagine how the family is processing all this.”

Amid the SWAT operation, mere miles away, a Range Rover was searched in a Culver’s parking lot. This vehicle is believed to be connected to Nancy’s disappearance, with investigators filmed looking inside it.

During their investigation of the car, FBI agents and Sheriff’s deputies covered its open trunk with a sheet of yellow tarp, limiting people’s vision inside the vehicle. 

With the number plate covered and the scene well-hidden, officers could be seen using their flashlights to check the trunk before pulling out what appeared to be a large bag.

After the large item was removed, it was placed into another vehicle, with investigators quickly folding up the yellow tarp. The Range Rover was then supposedly taken as evidence, as videos showed it being removed from the scene by a tow truck. 

The mother of three was reported missing the following day after she failed to attend her usual Sunday morning church service in Tucson, Arizona. After a worried congregant contacted her family, police found blood on Nancy’s front door and signs of forced entry, leading them to believe she was kidnapped. 

This value had increased the demand from a previous request, which asked for one Bitcoin, worth about $65,000, to match the FBI’s doubled reward of $100,000.
