Harry and Meghan enter the final official day of their Australia tour as the pair are due to attend two more events in Sydney.
The final leg of events includes the pair joining members of the Invictus community on the water in Sydney Harbour before concluding at a major rugby fixture in Sydney, where the NSW Waratahs take on the visiting Moana Pasifika.
Although the tour officially ends today, Meghan will headline a women-only three-day retreat over the weekend, promising yoga, sound healing, meditation and a psychologist-led session.
Her involvement at the retreat is not part of the couple’s trip to Australia.
Yesterday, the pair laid all bare, both opening up about their personal mental health struggles during their visits in Melbourne.
The Duchess of Sussex said to mental health engagement programme, Batyr, she was “bullied and attacked” every day for 10 years on social media and was “the most trolled person in the entire world”.
Later Harry made a speech at the InterEdge Summit in Melbourne on “leadership, psychosocial safety and human connection in the workplace”.
There he told delegates how he didn’t want to be a working royal as it “killed my mum and I was very much against it”. He spoke about feeling ‘lost, betrayed and powerless’ following the death of his mother.
