Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might get the royal treatment when they visit England.
According to the BBC, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are being offered accommodations at royal residences when they travel to the U.K. with their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in July.

Per the outlet, the couple has yet to respond to the offer. It’s unclear which home the institution will put them in.
The foursome’s trip to Britain will be their first together since Queen Elizabeth II‘s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022.
Will Harry and Charles meet?
After years of tension following Harry and Meghan’s move to the United States in 2020, the alleged olive branch is a positive sign that the Spare author and his father will meet during the visit.

“I’m confident it will happen. I’ve always said it’s going to happen. It’s just going to take time,” royal expert Afua Hagan told Newsweek.
The commentator noted that if a reunion doesn’t happen, it could be a “very bad sign” for any hope of a full reconciliation.

Amid renewed hope that Prince Harry and King Charles can repair their relationship, a source claimed the 41-year-old is concerned that his children may grow up without truly knowing their grandfather.

“There is apparently a plan for Harry to be granted some protections while he is in the U.K. on this coming trip, which he’s taking as a good sign,” a source told the Examiner.
“Still, he does worry that it’s all going to move too slowly and that Lily and Archie will never know their grandad,” the insider said.
Where Harry’s security stands

The military veteran appealed the case but was denied in May 2025. The U.K. government opted to revisit the matter later that year.
“The U.K. government’s protective security system is rigorous and proportionate,” an insider told the BBC about the current situation. “It is our long-standing policy not to provide detailed information on those arrangements, as doing so could compromise their integrity and affect individuals’ security.”
