New Star Plus show ‘Sairaab’ has released its latest song, “Tu Koi Aur Hai”, further strengthening the drama’s reputation for pairing evocative storytelling with a memorable musical score.
The new track arrives at a crucial point in the narrative, centering on the emotional evolution of Ishaan and Noyonika – portrayed by Rohit Chandel and Madirakshi Mundle.
Known for its layered characters and relationship-driven plot, ‘Sairaab’ has consistently used music as a storytelling device, and “Tu Koi Aur Hai” continues that tradition. The song captures a phase of introspection in Ishaan’s journey, reflecting themes of identity, vulnerability and emotional conflict.
Rohit Chandel, who essays the role of Ishaan, shared, “I’d like to dedicate “Tu Koi Aur Hai” to my fans and Noyonika, aka Madirakshi Mundle. Music is truly the soul of ‘Sairaab’, and this song beautifully captures Ishaan’s emotions and his journey. What makes “Tu Koi Aur Hai” so special is that it goes beyond romance. For Ishaan, it is about seeing someone for who they truly are. Despite being a celebrated rockstar surrounded by fame and admiration, his feelings for Noyonika are rooted in something much deeper. He looks beyond all the labels and perceptions attached to her. He does not see her as a single mother or through the lens of society’s expectations and judgments. He sees her strength, her resilience, her vulnerability, and the person she truly is. I think that is what makes this song so emotional and relatable. It reflects a kind of love that is selfless and genuine, where someone becomes your whole world simply because of who they are, not because of how the world defines them.”
Chandel also shared a personal note while discussing the release, dedicating “Tu Koi Aur Hai” to his fans and to co-star Madirakshi Mundle. He credited the audience’s continued support for keeping the show’s momentum alive and acknowledged Mundle’s performance for adding emotional depth to the storyline.
Tune in to watch ‘Sairaab’ everyday at 19:30 (UK) on Star Plus & Utsav Plus (UK).
