The Duke of Sussex went head-to-head with Alison Hammond in a laser shootout as the royal visited Birmingham to promote the Invictus Games.
Prince Harry visited the National Exhibition (NEC), the primary venue for the 2027 Games, on Friday (10 July) to mark the one-year countdown to next year’s competition.
Hammond and Harry raced each other in the event, which involved running around an indoor track to different stations and shooting at targets.
“This is actually really difficult,” the presenter confessed as Harry sped ahead.
Following the race, which was broadcast on This Morning, the pair hugged. “I couldn’t shoot correctly,” Hammond laughed.
