Actress Goldie Hawn, at age 79, still has moves, and she’s inspiring her fans with them on TikTok.
The Overboard star used the social media app to share some motivation in what she refers to as a mindful movement, and it didn’t consist of sitting and meditating.

Instead, Hawn chose to stay active, getting on a mini trampoline to get those juices flowing. The actress was jumping around, throwing her arms up in the air in the impressive video.
Hawn even gave a couple of woos to get pumped up as she did her thing while Dua Lipa blared in the background.

“I didn’t expect to see Goldie Hawn doing trampoline exercises on my FYP today but I did and it’s made my day exponentially better,” wrote a fan. Another fan joked, “I bet Kurt Russell has NEVERRRRR been bored😂😂🥰.”

Hawn‘s amazing good looks and vibrant personality didn’t go unnoticed by fans.
