The event was reportedly quite significant for Queen Elizabeth, and she allegedly “didn’t want to let anyone down.” However, on the day of the event, she was reportedly feeling “particularly frail.” Thus, the late Queen allegedly asked her grandson, Prince William, if he could make an appearance at the ceremony on her behalf.
