The ‘Tween Waters Inn & Marina on Captiva is set to host its first-ever Winter Music Festival.

Taking place on Feb. 20-22, it will feature live performances in relaxed, open-air settings around the resort. The artist lineup will include Kayley Bishop, Sheena Brook, Steve Farst and Spring Pace.

General Manager William Oliver reported that live music has always been a big part of their history.

“We want to bring that back,” he said.

“We’d like to do one big music event per month,” Oliver added. “We’d like to kind of do that year-round if we can, weather permitting.”

He noted that it is their first time for the Winter Music Festival.

“We’re hoping to continue it every February,” Oliver said.

The schedule for the festival is as follows:

FEB. 20:

– Spring Pace from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Old Captiva House terrace

FEB. 21:

– Sheena Brook from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the pool

– Kayley Bishop from 4 to 7 p.m. at the pool

FEB. 22:

– Spring Pace from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the pool

– Steve Farst from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Old Captiva House terrace

– Kayley Bishop from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Old Captiva House terrace

“Spring Pace is a phenomenal young artist,” he said. “We’re going to have her open up the festival.”

She is a 15-year-old singer, songwriter and piano player born in New Orleans and living in Florida. Spring released her debut album “Starflight” in 2024 and “Nonexistent Nostalgia” will drop this year. She won the People’s Choice Award at the 2023 Sounds of Summer Singer/Songwriter Competition, and she has been showcased at the Island Hopper Songwriter Festival for three years running.

“Sheena Brook is a local and national artist,” Oliver said.

She is a recording artist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist best known for her powerful live shows, soulful vocals and signature looping performances. A former contestant on NBC’s “The Voice,” Brook has gone on to share stages and songwriting rooms with hitmakers across genres — from Sully Erna of Godsmack, to some of Nashville’s top writers and artists.

“Kayley Bishop is also a big-time country artist,” he said.

She is a Nashville-based recording artist whose voice blends country grit, soulful fire and gospel depth. A finalist on Season 15 of “The Voice” and featured in People Magazine, Bishop writes and performs songs that stir heart and spirit. Whether bringing down the house or holding a room in sacred stillness, she invites listeners into something deeper.

“Steve Farst will close the festival,” Oliver said.

He has been entertaining audiences nationally for years. Farst is a versatile musician known for acoustic guitar and vocals featuring a style rooted in pop, rock and contemporary covers. Based in Southwest Florida, his repertoire includes high-energy, personalized renditions of popular songs suitable for weddings, events and live venue entertainment.

Resort guests will receive free admission.

For the public, day passes are available for $150 per vehicle for up to four people.

Oliver noted that the day passes will only be needed for the performances on the weekend. To enjoy Spring’s opening musical act, non-resort guests can make a reservation at the Old Captiva House.

The passes also provide access to all the resort’s amenities.

The public is invited to secure their spot.

“We’ve put together a packed festival of great performers,” he said. “Good food, good music and good people — it’s going to be a great time.”

To reserve a day pass, call 800-223-5865.
