Real Housewives of Rhode Island star Rosie DiMare broke down every cosmetic procedure she’s done in an Instagram Stories post
DiMare said that while she’s “never gone under the knife,” she has had Botox and filler
The reality star also shared that Ozempic has been a “game changer”
Rosie DiMare is opening up about her cosmetic procedures.
In an Instagram Stories post on Sunday, May 23, the Real Housewives of Rhode Island star, 35, detailed what she has and hasn’t had done.
“Lots of questions about the work I get done so here it is,” she wrote. DiMare started off by sharing that she’s had Botox “in odd places” like “jelly rolls under my eyes, Nefertiti neck lift and Barbie tox in traps.”
The star also said that she gets “one full syringe” of filler in her lips once a year, adding that she previously had chin and jaw filler but that “it’s mostly metabolized at this point” and she doesn’t plan on doing it again.
DiMare continued, “I got a little cheek/temple filler a few weeks ago because as l age my face is hollowing out. But again just a little not very noticeable to [the] naked eye.”
She added that she gets “monthly hydrafacials” and has a “medical grade skincare plan.”

DiMare also shared what procedures she’s interested in trying.
“IPL laser is great for dark spots. I plan to do my face and neck when I have a free week to recover,” she wrote. “I’m planning on doing micro needling for texture soon too. Again I just need a few days of downtime to recover.”

She continued that she’s interested in Sculptra, an injectable that helps stimulate collagen production, and that she’ll try “any skin tightening laser.”
“Big game changer was actually just losing baby fat in my face as I age,” DiMare added. “And the Ozempic does also help with that lol.”
“I’ve never gone under the knife but those are the things that I’ve done,” she concluded the post. “I’ll post again if I think of something I’ve forgotten. Hope that helps!!”
